Tom Blakeman, the founder of Grow 81, brings over two decades of leadership experience to the table, having collaborated with clients across diverse sectors such as automotive, healthcare, leisure, and sports.
Driven by his expertise and a solution-focused approach, Tom is committed to supporting client growth. He is recognized as an energetic, dynamic and inquisitive professional who is passionate about empowering clients to achieve their future aspirations.
Beyond his professional endeavours, Tom is a dedicated father of two and a carer. He actively promotes mental health awareness and cultural development, and is a supporter of rare chromosome and gene disorders.
An avid adventurer at heart, Tom’s leisure time is often spent outdoors, whether cycling, mountain climbing or enjoying quality time with his family.
Tom excels in forging and nurturing strong relationships, serving as a catalyst of energy. His confidence in engaging with people and building rapport is among his key strengths.
